Nelda is a native Floridian who
has been an Englewood resident since 1969, and has lived on Manasota
Key since 1978. She became a licensed Realtor in 1985 and founded
Nelda Thompson and Associates,LLC in 1990.
Nelda's focus and area of expertise is selling waterfront property
on Manasota Key as well as other luxury waterfront homes in the
Englewood area. Nelda has been the top producer in sales on Manasota
Key for over fifteen years. She is referred to by the locals as
the "Queen of Manasota Key". (See

Nelda is passionate about giving back to
the community. She donated a building to the community to be used
for a walk in clinic on Dearborn Street. She
currently serves on the Gulf Coast Community Foundation Board,
Venice Regional Medical Center Board and the Interagency Council
of Englewood.
