Joann
is a New York native who moved with her husband Bob and 5 children
from Cincinnati to Manasota Key in summer of 1985 Nelda asked
her to join her company in 1993 and she has been enjoying the
real estate business ever since.
A multimillion dollar residential producer since 1999, she has
come to know many wonderful people as customers and now as friends.
.Joann volunteers in the Career Lab at Lemon Bay High School and
is a member of the St. Raphael's Church, the Englewood Art Center,
and the Schilp Family Singers.
